Next up a very tough trip to the champions. Few boys will have a point to prove after sat so we will definitely be up for this one. Be a massive ask but if everyone battles like they did against the homers we can get something from this game. Be nice to come up against cocky n big jay crane n also eddie. As iv already said its a shame dowie wont be able to play, always enjoy plaing against him (honest  ;D) |

No big Jay hasn't been down since his work changed his shift, shame to cos he is a cracking player, on the game i think we will have a few more in for selection, always a tough game against the view no matter wat team they have out but hopefully we can put in a good shift and get the 3 points.

I missed all the midweeks with a groin strain and have just come back training last week and it still aches, but not as much. While I've been away our central defender/free kick specialist/penalty taker/corner head the ball is top goalscorer do you take penalties or does Rodger always take them? i reckon between free kicks and penalties there is another 10/20 goals a season for a player in that Carniny team. Gracey couldnt buy a goal today, from hatrick hero to zero in a week, aaah the joys of being a striker |

Taught a very harsh lesson today by a very good side. Goin in at half time at 1-1 I felt we had not only matched carniny but maybe even shaded it after they scored.
Second half was a diff story they stepped it up and we let the heads go down after they got ahead again. We dropped off and gave them too much time on the ball and invited pressure on to us. Carniny were happy to oblige and there finishing second half was as clinical as iv seen in the bsml.
Roger n gracey were different class and never gave our defense a minute the whole game. When you can bring quality like eddie n wilki off the bench it shows the level the rest of us have to get to.
We were down to the bare bones today wi big Jim starting up front. But we gave everythin we had and more so we can't ask anymore from those who played. Need to keep goin n start picking up some points n learn from today.

Agree Jeff, first half you's more than matched Carniny but second half you's just did't turn up and as you say stood off them and we all know what good team's do when they get time on the ball.
You's have quite a few good players but obviously no depth at all with Jim and Burrows playing, a few players in def needed.... btw where was Craig Davis today?

We Craig is living it up in magaluf as we speak. Squad is very light hopefully we can add a few new faces possibly two this week, we need it badly.
Good to put a face to the name today pele was lookin for you at full time but couldn't see you about.

Agree jeff, once we scored the 2nd your heads went down, well done all the same and all the best for the rest of the year.
Rab, roger hits everything, pens,corners,freekicks he would even take goal kicks if he was aloud, in my time at the club ive only hit 1 pen and that was cos dobbie made me hit it. would rather not hit 1 tbh but if i have to i will.
