Gerard sumfin??? Says hes an amatuer league ref but wud be better doin un 12's!! Shocking!! All in all bar the refs shocking decision at the end was good close encounter with the northend lads as usual. All the best for the season lads!! McAuley from antrim possibly?? |

right wee had a goal kick, he told are line there was 30 seconds left... keeper kicks it, travels past everybody and lands straight at are strikers feet, still no whistle for full time... striker lobs the keeper, still no whistle lol.... bounces once and its about to hit the net then the final whistle comes :S FISHY DECISION

I would be the same as youse if it happened us. |

Im banned from ever playing in the Saturday morning league apparently after complaining to him lol, we where timing the match as usual and there was 2 minutes of injury time played. Both teams had used all there subs which equals time added on, there was 2 stoppages for injury of a couple of minutes for each, then the ref was having an argument with some one on the north end side for an easy 3 minutes, but yet none of this time was added on. I think its a joke how refs can get away with anything they want in this league and you cant say or do anything about it, they have no one to answer to and as long as they get there money in their pocket they simple just don't care about the game. No ref in there right mind (except Clive Thomas) would have blown the whistle right then.

Gotta say thought it was a shocking decision myself av to agree with stumpy though dont think he blew coz he knew some of the northend lads,Good game in all in s**t conditions thought as time went on we were gonna sneak it 2teams desperate for the points good battle as it always is,great fight from our lads after that embarrassing defeat on tue nite,roll on next sat only the small matter of carniny excited for this 1 already
