Hope I'm not giving too much away but I believe last night at training we were working on the flying fish formation.  This will have you scaling the heights of the First Division. |

They battled hard, backed each other up from start to finish. And most important wanted it more than asob. Good luck to asob in the league though would b nice to see someone else win it.

Great result and even more importantly a good battling performance from Mich today.
Can't remember who all scored for ASOB but he scoreline went 1-0 mich, 1-1, 2-1 ASOB. 2-2, 3-2 ASOB and 3-3. Think it ended 3-0 on pens.
Really heavy pitch which made it tough for both teams to play but actually was a really enjoyable game to watch because it was just a battle throughout. Although in the end it couldve went either way, a draw was a fair result for the 90/120 mins.
Thought everyone onour lads were superb now, but though in particular leroy and Fusco were outstanding. Hopefully we can take that kinda performance and workrate into the next few league games.

Well done lads and best of luck in the next round. The pitch was terrible, actually i never thought it cut up like that. In front twice and never seen the game out but credit to Michelin never stopped working. Have to mention Brian Patterson, nice man but a terrible referee who is not prepared to make any big calls - When the final whistle was blew he thought it was 3-2 to us and then said it was a reply  Summed his day up. |

Thanks to All Saints Old Boys for a very good, hard fought cup tie in what turned into a terrible surface. That big thaw out from the frozen pitch the previous few days left it very soft and it just cut up!!
My first appearence since early October after a few injuries and I certainly felt the legs heavy on the pitch!!
Game was played in a fair manner with a few meaty challenges but all in a days work between two committed teams.
Delighted with the win against one of the very top sides at this level, fair play to everyone!!
