Great result for Michelin. We are a shambles, 12 people missing tonight, only 11 players available and then 1 sent off with 25 to go. And Mittys replacement denying me a goal with a finger-tip save, f**ker! Mid-weeks are killing us, and a lot of teams. Will be glad to see the back of them Something similar to the FC Antrim game last season then donks!!!! |

Honestly I think if we met now we would be in with a chance, although I must admit if you had a full team we would prob get beat. But it's down to the manager to sign players who he knows will make an effort to be their. So stop making excuses and get on with it |

Haven't had a chance to post all day...
Surprising result last night and well deserved.
Firstly, fair play to Donko on pulling his boots on and trying his best for his team. Actually didn't play too badly either but again well played to you for stepping up and making the effort. Also fair play to the players who made the journey, even at 7 down they were looking the ball quick and trying to keep going...great attitude.
Wee Sean Gillen surprised me (no disrespect to him on previous games ;D). He dropped into help mark me after their man was sent off (still don't know if it was for kicking out at me...if so, wrong decision as I pointed out to the ref, it was some other wee bollox, Manny's actually a good guy) and read the game very well. A fit lad who gives his all. Another one, big Pearse, I have to say if he was playing with one of the "big clubs" in the first people would be talking about him, incredibly good feet for a big lad!!! Great player IMO.
Big Sexton stole the show with another 5 goals...notice he didn't mention my many assists LOL...have to hand it to him, he's actually improving on last years awesome form, scoring for fun and for anyone to be right behind someone of Chris Dowie's calibre even at this stage is a fantastic achievement. Well done mate.
Obviously we're more than delighted with the start but feet are firmly on the ground and we must up it further to compete a Sky Blues team who already have some fantastic results under their belts this season.
Finally, good luck to Shore for the rest of the season and I hope Donko gets his full squad back asap as he deserves credit for what he's done with Shore in recent years.
