Watched second half of this game, scrappy enough game with little in it on a bad surface.
A lovely free kick from wee grumpy to win it but Bucky played a pivotal role with his run over dummy ;D
I have to say, again the referee was shocking. Just no stones to call big decisions.
Good win for NE though and just about deserved.

agree pele..c,mills came with a plan to stop us playing and credit it worked..think we made more chances and got over the line ,,,great free by wee grumpy to win it.but this c,mills team will finish high up the league, and credit to them..one of our hardest games......good luck lads for rest of season.

Donald was superb the day covered every inch of the park, nice wee deflected free kick from wee Bob Pires Very tough game the game, very physical as well. Cloughmills are a great side, there wasnt much football played in our last 2 games on that bog of a pitch, but just shows we can mix it and grind out results. Well done lads. Northend Shamrocks ABU

Well done to NEnd.On the whole of the 90 mins deserved to win the game.Glad to even get playin as at half nine i was slouched inna the bog barfin my guts !If the couple of good chances we missed early on had went in we could ve prob held out for a result. Poor first goal to conceed from our point of view and not whining,as i said yous deserved the result, but that was never a free kick!!!Thats two big decisions have went against us like that in the last two meetings Wa gave a pen that was 'soft' to say the least and that free kick today!!Geat placed finish though.Best of luck for rest of season and the run in.

A great win that we had to work very hard to get,our passing was sloppy at times and our finishing could have been better, but a very workman like performance saw us just edge this match against a very physical side,we are a much better side when we get the ball on the ground and play a passing game, but the surface made this very difficult,Donald in midfield was my man of the match,he never stop running and with big Bucky broke up most of their attacks,The ref was as bad as I have seen, as Pele said had not the balls when it came to the big decisions, but the writing was on the wall after a couple of minutes of this game that he was going to turn a blind eye after a heavy tackle or two from both sides.

We had itchy last week, terrible ref... when did itchy become a ref The story I heard, though not from the horses mouth, was that Hook Gaston was at a party in Dunclug and him and Itchy spent 4 hours on the tramolene in the back yard talking about booking people on a saturday. True bill apparently...
