Speaking of which, I spied tg11 there yesterday....must've thought there were penalty's needing hit ;D ;D ;D Unfortunately i am well and truely retired Fish!  Crosstrainer few times a week is just about as much as i can handle these days. I enjoy attending Saints matches when possible to see how everyone is getting on and to catch up with a few old friends. Not good TG...ye get a bad injury or just no time? Shame!!! |

Cliftonville 3-0 all saints
Great workout for the lads!! First half we matched them and probably created the better chances with pele having a free kick tipped over and gavin and Stevie having shots saved!! Conceded right on half time from a corner!! Second half they upped it and made us work alot harder and created more chances taking two of them!!
6-7 first team players playing for Cliftonville tonight including Caldwell on midfield who ran all night box to box and scanell up top who is as good a striker as there is in Irish league!!

He done some running Mick didn't he?? His run for the third goal was unreal cut us right open!! Definitely a performance tonight to take alot out of especially the first half!!

Dere number 10 Rory Donnelly was a class act to!! But Caldwell was defo the stand out player for them!!
Super performance the nyt frm all the lads, workrate was brilliant, and some of are football in the first half was as good I've seen!!

Caldwell is a very good player, but wee Donnelly is gonna be a cracker, he's very young still as well. Mind watching him playing in a few games in the Milk cup 6 or 7 years ago for Co.Antrim . Played against Man U (who inlcuded yer man Lee Martin who they have just signed for a million) and Donnelly he was the best player on the pitch. Got signed up by Sheff Utd soon after but never really worked out for him. |
