Lenny I know you had mentioned that you had been doing some kind of physio courses previously, so youve probably more knowledge than anybody else on the forums about that kind of thing, so out of interest whats your own view on 3G/4g pitches, do think they cause more injuries than grass pitches?

Personally i love playing on the 3g/4g pitches, but it kills me the next day..i couldnt play on them all season. I think its a proven fact they cause more injuries than grass pictures, i read that the Moscow teams etc will spend a full 2 day sessions more or less to recover from it. At the very highest level it can be managed.

Great wee session tonight, rubberman was right that grass is lethal Big Shay and Telford arriving at the Waveney two more fines for the kitty p.s Lenny, did bfp ever square his 10er for getting sent off Saturday?
