I've heard a few things this last week, one being that there was almost a new full time manager in place, but from speaking to the players themselves they all seem happy with Monk so I can't see there being any truth in the rumour. To be fair I think things have picked up recently so he's doing ok!! Will be a great game where anything can happen but my own opinion is that Broadway will win by 2 or 3. In saying that, Northend will be more than up for it so anything's possible!! |

What would changing the manager do? Its the players that win and lose games.
Would Northend improve or any other side for that matter by changing the manager, I doubt it.
It boils down to the quality and committment of the players.
Wee Monk deserves his chance at the side when the majority left the club he stuck it out and showed real loyality even at the toughest times.

the pitch is actually in decent nick to be fair but we had a light training there tonight a noticed a few dangerous bits of glass about so tryin to get monk to get onto the council to get it sorted for sat as my crunching tackles shall be a many and wldnt want to new superstar on the block to pick up a nasty gash or 2,WATCH OUT SNOWBALL BIG B'S COMIN FOR YA!!!!! ;D ;D
