as a former extremly cute forward i have to give dues to the cuteness in daz crawfords dive (he is entering the spring board championships at the next olympics ) however this is what any forward would have done so its not as cheatable on his behalf , however the decision to give the penalty was just dispicable , it wasnt even close , i would have given him a yellow card . it was so dissapointing to think that the decisions he didnt give for 2 clear cut 1 on 1,s when clearly through in the line of goal was just too much to take and i feel very much on the end of the cliff as far as just jumping off is concerned , its not easy being a ref and someone has to do it but in hindsight they wer terrible decisions , terrible .

Sherman ref may well have been s**te but at the end of the day you have to give Campbell some of the blame for cheating. Refs are gonna buy it sometimes. Players like Campbell don't make it easy!!

i got a slight clip on my heels and i went down easily, i never claimed for the penalty... i dont feel sorry for winning my team a penalty in the last minute, although ill admit i do feel bad because of the way i won it, but hey its football and it happens.

luck balances itself over the season, no doubt ill go down in box after a stone wall penalty and it wont be given.

but nways on to the match...

very good match for anyone on the sideline watching it, was end to end typical broadway connor match.

broadway raced to a 2-0 headstart, and kinda took us 20 mins to get settled, but then we started playing football n were rewarded a penalty which there was no doubt a def penalty. then 2nd half few bad tackles, bitta pushing shoving ( in my eyes 2 silly red cards, very avoidable ).

9 men i thot wed of went on and finished match easily because we were well on top be4 the scuffle happened. but fair dues to broadway, they got well organised kept the their shape n were hard to break down.

3-3 and im sure both teams are gutted they never won the match.

Darren you clicked your legs together and dived...Skiddy never touched you his and your reaction confirmed that... Your too good a footballer to be cheating like this and its not the first time either.

Your first pen was a clear pen from a forward being smart(touching the ball by our man getting touched and going down) Not diving!

I just have to say how your keeper never got sent off is beyond me...Itchy was clearly going to score but the ref claims he was too wide my cock ffs...Imo the game is over if your keeper goes, 2-0 up and against ten men...The ref bottled that decision.

Sandys got booked early doors and again the ref bottled sending him off for numerous yellows card offences... I like English Bill and he normally always does our games great but he lost all control of the game on sat and we were on the wrong end of some awfull decisions imo.

As for the game it was messy enough not alot of football played and the recent weather never helped the surface.

Looking forward to the return fixture as i have never beat youse yet in a Broadway shirt hopefully put that right

eric the king , there is no doubt he did cheat (however i was better at it than darren ever was and i was twice the player so i would have done it again ) however this is what makes banter in the leauge and to come out on the wrong end of the stick is sickening but as pele says , we will be back and bring on another good encounter. thats soccer m8.
