Well done duck and the lads use battled hard tonite I'm sure final will b a super game couple great reaction saves to keep use in it and a great run and cross from gracey Agree with Cliffy.....thought big Gracey was the difference the nite....never stopped n popped up everywhere....Well done lads Boom said he done well for the goal..... I don't think he was the difference at all.... plenty of Thistle players done well tonight. |

Aye Thistle striker and Saints keeper went in on each other and the keeper wasn't too happy! Went after the man and just left the ball hhaha. Thought the ref bottled it not sending anyone off pretty obvious there were hands raised. only handbags wah said ;D ;D that was after he said he could have sent about half of each team off ;D And he hadn't a clue who the Thistle player was in the confusion ;D hada ask the Saints players who it was ;D ;D Aint that rite Someone   |

great win lads ... we showed we wanted it against a good saints side ... from 1 to 16 were brillant to nite . plus lowry and campos ;D
thought we played sum nice stuff at times .. wanted everyball that dropped .
thought leroy never gave steel a kick 2nite ...
well done lads , we r half way there

Congrats tonight Thistle. Decent game (not football wise but you know what I mean) and had incidents to keep everyone watching interested.

Super shot stopper and actually decent all round keeper but all it takes is one thing to go wrong and thats it. We always hope that a mistake isnt in the 1st minute Anyone remember our 9 goal drubbing in the Div 2 Final last year - one of his madder nights.

Who you referring to with this Georgey boy? Ref did need told who was involved. I just picked a few players that were causing us problems. as you do in those situations so I mentioned Baldy and Gracey. Sorry Ryan  Big Gracey will tell you'se himself about the incident. He thought a boy from our line was for hitting him when he got grabbed but he pulled him away and told him not to get involved cos he was too good a player to be fighting. Leave it to the lesser players. Yes Gracey? And the ref got it spot on. He could have sent a few off from each team but as he said to me on the way off, its a semi final, the handbags were all lifted and everyone was friends again. No point in people missing a final over it. So a couple of bookings was enough. And as for the penalty. Absolute clear pen it was. Sure Dale was shouting at our player to wise up and stop arguing. He could see from the far side it was a foul. Well done ref |

Best save tonight was the one from the header in 1st half before our player skied the easy rebound. Guys in line with shot at the end said it was going in so good save again. As for Leroy, is that the more rotund centre back? He could have sent his auntie to mark Steeley tonight as he wasnt interested after about 15 mins for some reason. So congrats again and all the best to you and Mich in the final. I'll stay in Div 2 with Clown ;D |

thought the ref done, rite after taking my advise he used a bit of common sence bap looks like darby o`gill ;D ;D thought that was the two best teams(thistle and saints) of the 4 IMO both well up of it , waveney ZERO shots on goal LMFAO joke.michelin were on top the whole game,big sexton putting in a great shift. roll on the final......................... |
