thought gareth was brilliant for us tonight...kitty also done alot of running of the ball hard to mark and finished his two goals well.
still 90 mins to play, game not over yet. head up bazza85, use hav have been playing alot of games and we got a rest on sat. didnt think there was much football played by either team dont know what it was like for the neutral very hard on that pitch but i enjoyed it.

fair play to the randalstown lads u's wanted it more and in my opinion u's deserved it we didnt fin our chances and u's did simple as. pitch defo needs sorted but thats no excuse how poor we wer but it def stes up an interesting second leg  |

this game isn't over yet, i actually think we have a better chance on wednesday nite as the bigger pitch will suit us more, fookin hate playing at home. if we can keep your top 2 quiet, i have every faith we will score 2 goals, will be a big ask but we can do it

Yep me too. Tfc got put out by seven towers in the 2nd div cup two Years ago on away goals
So stick that in your champions league rules and smoke it.

Blackstone beat Woodside on away goals 2 years ago in cup. Shared a pitch at Wakehurst so both matches were played on the same pitch but was 0-0 when we put the nets up and 2-2 when they did so we went through!

2 each tonight...penarol probably the better side, they gave us two sloppy goals. sausage scored first half, got in behind me at back post but i got him back in second with a great interception and pass for or second goal. ...wee mans a class act, really enjoyed marking him over the two legs. looking forward to the may day final against cloughmills. all the best to penarol until we meet again at the phoenix in the league, should be another cracker. thanks for the goal tonight bazza85....... ;D ;D ;D |

im gutted  thought we the best team tonight by far, the only 2 chances yous had was from 2 fook ups, 1 by yours truly but again we couldn't take r chances tonight, an it cost us dear!! well played 2 the reds, all you can do is put the ball in the net and the big man kitty did just that!! well done lads, hope yous go on 2 win it, we'll settle for the league ;D |

cheers bazza, yeah use where the better team...although its hard to take a lead into a second leg. we struggled against galgorm too. fine line between going for goals and trying to contain.

Penarol played well tonight, and no one at The Reds expected an easy game, sometimes you just have to dig in and show heart and character and that is exactly what we did!
But saying that Kitty scored 2 great poachers goals and we had other chances to wrap it up. Its never lucky when a team wins over 2 legs!
Two really hard games; fair play to my lads and fair play to Penarol for a very tough semi final.
