If it's gonna be a Ballymena league, then the areas of Broughshane, Kells, Connor, Ahoghill etc should not be able to participate any more or less than the likes of Antrim. What would the likes of Moylena/Abbeyview etc do? stevie , we are the wild card things run better when ahoghill T are involed ;D

In response there is a gathering of minds that have the Antrim Randalstown Suburbia and Environs league be formed in protest at the breakaway BPL We would like to invite our country cousins at the Football Union of Connor Kells to join our revolutionary vision for the future..... A.R.S.E.F.U.C.K 's will take no s**t from anyone !!!

Have concluded negotiations for sponsorship of the new Breakaway non-ballymena league...... the adidas and Nike stores at Junction 1 will now no longer sell their discounted boots etc to Ballymena Premiership players. ( half the bsml must use them shops)
Negotiations were drawn out until they released that some of you boys had been up trying to pull a fly one by trying to Exchange toe-poked damaged boots.

Got talking to Monty down at the Penerol game last night and the conversation touched briefly on this proposed elite league.
According to Monty the first division teams from the start of season 2011-2012 would make up the Ballymena Premier League. The teams left behind, including those relegated from this years division one, would have the season off until the 1st of April 2012 where all the teams from what would have been divisions two and three would meet at the Antrim Forum for a knock out tournament. The winner's of this knock out would automatically be in place to step back into the Premier League replacing one of the bottom three from the elite groupings end of season points total along with the beaten finalists and Arthur McClean's team of choice making up the other two replacement/promoted teams.
He suggested instead of excluding Antrim and Larne teams altogether from competing they would just have an entire season of away fixtures and be grateful that they got any scraps from Lord Monty's table, meaning each would visit the Ballymena teams in the league twice a season. That way he could go to bed at night still knowing that although Antrim and Larne teams are playing in the Ballymena Premier League, none of her fixtures decend out of the borough and keeping her good name intact.
It was then that he stood in a very sizable jobby and took aff to clarry the motor in dog s**te!!
