Just heard there that Andy's funeral is Saturday 11am mass i believe.
Leaving his parents home at 10.30

As Pele has already said the funeral will take place on Saturday morning at 11am in St Anthony's, Craigyhill.

Huge funeral this morning for Andy and the Chapel was totally full, Credit to himself and his family.
Very sad indeeed.

T'was last monday evening when my phone did go,
There was some terrible news that I needed to know,
This news was awful, I could have cried,
When I heard the famous Lawnmower man had tagically died,
I picked myself up and made a sudden choice,
"I must post on the forum" said I in my fishiest voice,
To join with the lads and share my sorrow,
As for the Lawnmowerman there'd be no tomorrow,
I thought of what must be happening now in the spiritual world,
I'm sure the "Hello there Andrew" flag was quickly unfurled,
I pictured you in Heaven's line with yer most notible trait,
Probably entertaining the queue with tales of Bastian-gate,
I watched you approach Saint Peter at the front of the line,
St Pete spied yer grin and thought "who's this swine",
"Hi I'm Andy and I need some direction",
"Could ye please point me to Heaven's internet connection",
"Oh I know you now" St Peter did say,
"Thelawnmowerman from the BSML Forum, I've awaited this day",
"With some of your posts and humour you did often impress",
"And at least up here ye won't have Heather Trott Daffy's IP Address",
But first ye decided to watch us gather to bid you farewell,
I heard a voice from the clouds say, "here, Fish looks SWELL",
"And Pele's got a license, God loves a tryer",
"Fish will get him stop on the way home at the Doury Fryer",
You then thought you were famous in our life cycle,
"For who's that with Fish and Pele, I think it's George Michael",
But disappointment swept your face as you strained to see,
T'was actually Squiggs from Randalstown with a dodgy goatee,
As we walked to the Chapel I felt you smile,
My belly rumbled, it went on for a while,
Me and Pele couldn't help it, we laughed on route,
As we noticed Daffy the lone Policeman give a final salute,
Ye went back to St Peter after reading yer memorial thread,
"So it's for real big man, I really am dead",
"Yes" said Pete, "but are you well endowed",
"So I know what weight to get ye for your personailsed cloud",
"No not really" ye replied with a grin but not to nag,
"Remember it has to be big enough for me Larne Reds Flag",
"And does time fly up here or is it a drag",
"I want to see Celtic get the league in the bag",
You told Peter if your cloud was wet you wouldn't complain,
"It might just come in handy with plenty of rain",
Ye jumped on board and took off at pace,
Saying "I'm away to hover over that hure Bumface",
So Andy my friend I must say Goodbye,
How you've left us now I'll always wonder why,
And I know it might be hard but I'll ask you to try,
Please save me a seat at that KFC in the sky!!!!!!

RIP BIRDY! Was a pleasure growing up knowing you, we had alot laughs over the years and I can't recall ever seeing you cross or falling out with people. The huge crowd today was fitting for the man you are. Loved by all and i'm proud to be able to call you my friend

Met Andy a few times. Even gave me a tour of the Club in Larne.
Who else would of done that like. Bringing a prod into that place for a start. I was brickin it lol
He was an absolute and total gentleman.
I can not believe this news.
Totally gutted to hear, and very sad I didnt get to pay my respects
