Now United cant go out and compete with any of the 'rich' clubs but instead have to buy potential talent with a resale value. There is money to spend, not crazy money like 100 million but there is more than £50 million, I'm sure of that. Don't get fooled into the United/debt debate, it's being paid off at a decent enough rate. We won't pay crazy wages, that's the thing. If we did break our wage structure then all the players would need their wages upped. Its not worth doing. However, I am excited by the transfers ahead this summer. I have no doubt there will be 2 or 3 big players coming in, and i expect at least 3-5 to go.
