Shore goals - Willy Brown 2, Pearse McAuley, Ciaran Toner 2, Darren Craig, Stephen Bann
ShoreMOTM - Willy Brown - different class, his 2nd goal was a peach, through on keeper the ball got caught under his feet so he rolled it up his shin and lobbed the keeper.
A vital 3 points in a local derby, the boys worked hard today with everybody putting it in. Thought our midfield worked their socks off.
Big big game next week against an in form Westend, see they hit 8 today.

Can't remember the last goalless match we had.
Think browner is 36 now, but still has the quality to last a few more years

Also the most modest player you will ever meet, never talks about his medals, Player of the year trophies or anything like that.Just loves playing football.

Haler still with the Shore but has not played in last couple of weeks due to work and holidays but hope to have him back against Westend along with a couple of other first teamers who have been missing for a few weeks. Each game at a time now for Shore and are going well but can guarantee we wont get carried away. Big match next week against in-form Westend.
Just a word about Browner while we're on the subject. Have played alongside him now for over 10 years. Very modest about his ability, never gets into trouble with refs. and rarely has a bad game. Cant pick out anybody else who has a better first touch and vision and is well respected by other teams which is a credit to his attitude and desire.
