stewartie henry would surly be in it before scotty d. scotty was only getting into footie at carniny when he went off to play for ballymena or portydown BG as well would be good in there, tho in front of currie & stewart would take some going...

it wasnt recognised in the early 80s and 90s that the team i watched and supported fanatically as a kid was as good as any that was ever in bmena including bmena themselves . i played for carniny v bmena at the showgrounds in 1992 and to be quite honest we wer the better team aned i suppose fitness just told at ale , but look dont ever fool yourself folks , if the two late great georges had of been fit at any time in there careers , then you all would be chewing chalk for years cos i know my f**kin football and i havnt seen any one come close to what these two use to do . god bless and god rest mr george mcaulay and the great george blair , we wont see there likes in the league for quite a while yet

i can only comment from wat ive seen but rab wright and curry would have to be there or there abouts in that team tho ive only seen them at the end of there careers but they stood out...also andy russell who could still get into any team in the sat mornin league at the age of 50..lol. i think when big jason ends his playin days in years to come he'll have lifted more trophies in the bsml than any other player!!

some lethal players on them lists, credit must go to the management for being able to continually bring in quality players when other quality players have moved on. i agree wif dowie, can't c big robbie going to any other team, so he'll no doubt be a carniny legend once he hangs up his boots

big BG was a quality player could walk through player like they were not there and scored some fantastic goals. he tried to make a come back a couple of seasons ago but struggled to get fit enough after being out for so long.
