Lads it was't khan who stopped the fight it was the doc and the ref, tbf the cut did look bad at the time but when it got stopped and cleaned up it did't open again during the whole escapade after the fight. Khan def was winning the fight but looked far from impressive and McCloskey was getting more and more confident as the fight went on also i cant remember Khan catching McCloskey any big punches  Unfortunatley McCloskey wont get another shot at Khan either as he has already lined up Timothy Bradley for June/July. McCloskey done himself and his fans proud and def deserves another shot at a world title sometime. |

Thou Pele it has been reported that the Boxing Boards are investigating the stoppage and the legality of it all - that may stop or indeed put back any bout with Bradley. I don't think we have heard the last of this tbh!! Well done McCloskey on what was a great effort allround ! |

them ragheads are tits.the fighting irish rocked the place.khan might think hes to good.hes that good mccloskey was at the afterparty way not a bruise on his face.and ive had bigger cuts shaving.mccloskey will get a world title shot,eventually.and khan cant dodge him forever.his south paw stance and sticking his head out to the so called quickist fighter in that div and at times made khan look like an edjet.khans lost some respect threw buisness and disrespect.but in fairness it was the doctors fault.wtf.if mccloskey cut khan like that by accident would the fight be stopped.would it f**k.total sham :-(
