as far as i know mate were still on, but god knows after tonight with that weather. we'll not know for def prob until tomorrow evenin but i hope we r its goin to be a good game

St Killian's hurlers had a good oul trainin session on it tuesday & thursday! bound to have helped!

I know the junior hurlers were training on Tuesday but don't know why they would be on the soccer pitch. Have to walk by a decent hurling pitch to get to it. The year 9 soccer team did train on it on Wednesday but there was no training at all on Thursday. Weather was too bad.

CMG, if you aren't happy with the hurlers training on it well then I agree, as I'm not happy myself and will ask questions. If you arent happy with the soccer team training on it, well then you aren't justified. This is a pitch that you are using just because you have to, it wouldn't be your first choice. You couldn't expect the teachers taking soccer teams to stop training on the only soccer pitch available to them so it is kept in good nick for a Saturday morning league team. I can assure you there is always a number of teams training on any given day.

wats wrong with trainin on the middle pitch and keep the bottom 1 for matches. it means the bottom pitch is kept good for them and us.

There is only one set of goal posts on it. Sometimes train on it for those reasons but it isn't always possible because sometimes all the pitches are used even the cut rock pitch.
The soccer pitch does get cut up badly but.

there's quite a few we have a few including padge deccy and kevy higgins and i know there's 1 or 2 signed for c'dall and also know a few that use to play,i'd say they'd be a very handy side!!!!!
