A good win for Shore against a footballing Clough Team
Shore were 2-0 up after 20 minutes with Philly Sheridan getting his 20th and 21st goals of the season, before Stephen Bann made it 3-0 shortly before half-time. Shore then stopped playing football and Clough dominated although Shore missed 2 clear cut chances to put the game to bed. Clough missed a penalty with the player going for power and putting the ball a good 6 foot over the bar, before they exploited an Anto Quigg injury to make it 3-1.
Good to get another 3 points on the board before the start of the christmas silly season

1st half was the worst we've played all year by a long shot. 2nd half arguably the best we've played. If the penalty had went in, could have been turning point. Shore are a good side.

I think to be fair you were a few yards off when the cross came over but would have maybe been a tighter match if your no. 10 would have scored the penalty. Theres no doubt that Clough had better possession than us but they ran out of idea's in the last third of the pitch. Your no. 10 never shut his bake the whole match and thought at one stage that he was doing ref.... - By the way I thought £40 was a bit steep for the ref. to charge us.

£40 is a bit steep aint it.. and he gave you lot a free kick on the half way line when harty clearly won the ball, which led to your third goal....

40 is abit steep but hard to get refs at same time, bit of slabbering from both sides but that will never leave the bsml!
