again another very good session..best yet!! cant wait for Saturday!
and for anyone who think's things are still not looking good for the swifts are very wrong! the attitude is brilliant and the number's at training are twice as good as before!! really good feel back among everyone and 3 points on sat would set us up nicely for the fight.still early days boys, we are not going to win the league but if we keep everyone at the club and push on I cant see us doing too bad !!

another good turnout tonight 18 people, pity about it getting light early now.
also got a new sponsor thanks to lee (hurman) graham we are getting sponsored a new kit
so all is looking good for the swifts, cant wait for saturday now
