Two of the teams that will be pushing for promotion and think maybe tensions were high on both sides by all accounts. Dont know too much about Dunloy apart from a good footballing physical side. Have played against Thistle several times throughout the years and although have come out with a few scratches have never heard any religious banter from sidelines and seem a good bunch of lads.

You are right Rusty, we are not a sectarian team, so for the Dunloy lads to be saying that they were called names the whole game is lies. It also appears that after reading posts here that quite a few lies have been told. Yes, their player cudnt take his throw-in, but wot the Dunloy men forgot to say is why, and the reason for that is because the left back called two of our committee members names that im not going to repeat. He then went to throw the ball but as he ran up line our boys didnt move, so he wasnt pushed as someone earlier stated. Tip no.1 - dont go to other teams sideline and call people names, any other team would of taken offence. Then a few players ran over with one big lad acting the hard man looking a fight with one of our committee members, the ref calmed this down. Then literally 20 seconds later, off the ball, the same big lad that wanted a fight elbowed baldy off the ball, which a few of our players took offence to (as you would, big cowardly prick). A bit of pushing then led to one of Dunloys players hitting our keeper, which sparked the brawl.and as for sumones ear being bitten, dnt recall seeing that, or hearing bout it at time. Few stories on here sayn hes away to hospital with ear half bitten off, and then it changed to just teeth marks, lol get the story right and stay off the meow meow lads. And youngster i think you said that you didnt mind wot happened on pitch but it should remain between 22 players, well is that you justifying brawls within footy? And no1 else would av entered pitch if your boys hadnt of mouthed and name called, so you brought it on yourselves. Ahoghill Thistle have been in BSML alot longer than Dunloy, so other teams know we arent trouble makers or sectarian, so slide on, you are only making yourselves look bad. Rant over.

correct. you no what you say yesterday goram an as far as i can see there is a pile a lies being told on this forum about what happened yesterday from both sides. i think its better leaving it as it is an letting the ref give his verdict and taake it from there.
as for the game, up until the carnage it was a good game and had the build up of an exciting finish

Word of this game has only made our way last night. How many games does that tosser Hook want to abandon. Pattern starting to emerge. A lot has to be said about a ref controlling a game. just heard bout it. i want to knw at what stage of the fight did the f**king ahoghill manager think it was a good idea to start kicking boys n the back of the head when they lay on the ground. ya big gutless b*****d i was there and didnt see anyone kicked on the head by the ahoghill manager, the arse maybe but def not the head so get your facts right Goram if he did kick out, either his head or his arse, running on to the pitch and booting a man on the ground is low, why did you need to do it anyway? surely a man of your elk would have been wiser not to get involved and try and restore order. To be fair from the outside looking in, both teams and those associated with them arent angels, and we have yet to play dunloy, so that goes on hearsay and on here.
