Mon 2nd aug ko 7pm. wat a tough start in the 1st round against a strong stcomgalls side . looking forward 2 this game , our pitch is in sum nick . hope we are ready for this game, alot of hard work has been put in by the boys over the pre season period . missing four keys players 2mara nite  lawnmowerman , ul b glad baldys not there , ul miss his rfc  ;D |

I'd say this will be a tough test, The Comgalls boys are always decent but with Thistle's Pre Season results youse surely are fav's!

big feet on like a rocket getting his goal in .should have scored more.thought gracey was a blow coming off end of the 1st half.but ended up still created more chances the 2nd .although they had a couple to plus missed a penalty.there striker is massive but he wouldnt look outta place way a pair of speedos on.a man of 15stone of muscle getting constantly floored in fair tackles is a joke  |

Keeper read in the Sunday Life where I was putting it he was away that early. Unfortunately I wasnt looking at him. 20 years of penalty taking with about a 98% success rate until I joined the BSML and now the nets just look tiny and the keepers all look massive - well to me anyway. I think I will retire from duty now. The worst 65 mins of my career last night with improvement only coming after the penalty miss cos I had hit rock bottom. About the only impact I had was to run into their player (accidentally though it should have been a foul) which started our attack where we scored. Sh*te sh*te performance. Fair side Ahoghill though. Goram seemed happy to be only the 2nd biggest lad there last night. Good luck to them for the coming season. |
