Was thinking of havin another dreadful nyt of bonkers runnin the balls out o us on monday, but the big man sent me a genious of a message. No trainin on monday nyt lads, friendly against Steadfast at home, HAPPY DAYS LADS!!!!! ;D

brillant nites training ... 6.45-21.15... time flies when ur having fun ... big paul muir , excellent workout for the boys ... most enjoyable session i ever had ...
duffy , couldnt get the ball by me 2nite in nets ... i was old skool 2nite ... no gloves ... herbie lintons back ;D

great session .best bit was the lads still wanted a match at 9:15 .as you say time flew in.big carew was smashing them in tonight.just like my carniny youth :-)
