this morning we started the hard stuff ... 15attended including 2 targets  excellant turnout, alot working tho  hope 2 c them on mon nite ... bonkers must have been looking in 2 the ajax training plan... hope over the next month we are all fit including me... hard work gets u places ... roll on the 3rd aug... cum on the wee THISTLE   |

another hard nite put in by the boys ... so far so good.. 2 targets trained 2nite... if we get them , it will help so much ...fingers crossed still alot of boys missing from training due 2 work and other things ... met big garrett relaxing at royal co down yesday .... enjoy ur break... hard training when u get back... get them fillets worked of u ;D richie hope 2 c u on sat.... u must b cleaning j s sainburys atm ... u buying the diamonds ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D |
