he did ok, he didnt see much of the ball at times as we were sittin deep when we went ahead, went on a few good runs. mo was on to when we went behind and was unlucky not to score at the end

I know a few ones at Ballymena would be more than happy if he came back. If it didnt work out then come back to BSML, but 18/19 is way to early to stop trying to play at a high level. |

The intermediate league has certainly went down hill, I totally agree that teams like raceview would get get beat by BSML teams, that Raceview team are nowhere near as good as the team that left BSML to go to higher league. Although teams like Ballymoney dont pay great money, who gives a f**k, its about playing at a decent level, 1 from the top division in the country aint bad! Ballymoney have ex- BSML players such as the Gage's, Nicholls, Studdsy, McQuitty, Ritchie who all play comfortably at that level. Use it as a platform to get noticed from a Premier league club such as Surgy done. I dont think it will be too long before Denver Gage gets a chance to play in the Premier league. The oppurtunities. With regards to Ballymena, things are changing there and I guarantee younger players will be breaking through in the next 2 years |

George Young is a cracking wee player and Id imagine he will be one of the younger lads who will get a chance next season. From what I hear hallidays wages are'nt anywhere near as what people reckon, but thats not the point. Ballymena simply cannot afford to pay big wages anymore, so they have no other option but to bring these players through now. |

Not sure Homer but think they went on to win the intermediate league that 1st season. Anyway back to the point, its up to Alan where he wants to play, I know he likes playing with his brother and his mates every week, but Im sure he could play at a higher level but if it doesnt work out then come back to BSML and have a bit of crack for years, I just reckon at his age its far too early for him to be giving up on playing at a good standard  |

The keeper was acting Mr Cool then all the colour drained from his face when the ball hit the bar.
