Super Result and performance all over the pitch from everyone, second half especially when we pushed on for the win!
Massive game on Monday night now without a few key players but today showed that we have a good squad and thats gonna be vital in the run in!

Was a pure battle for the first half hour, but after we won that then our football took over and they never really looked like getting back into it. Some free-kick by J, going to be hard to chose goal of the season.

well done today lads. alot of injuries today, and the boys that came in showed that they are as good as any of the rest of the players in the team..great squad. but on to a more shocking note...LOL...Mark Marriot Played today and was the first match ever that he failed to score..now thats a shocker lol but here just shows u, u cant score every match...and for me hes by far the best striker in the league by a country mile. ANDDDDD.... Broadway celtic beat 1-0 by waveney ;D...roll on the weekend Mon the wee Connor

I agree Donko, big Shane was super for yous today, he missed absolutely nothing and kept Mario very quiet! We were poor first half, and yous were definitely the better team but you's seemed to stop a bit last half hour and i thought we dominated it, maybe our first goal knocked the wind out of yous and we went on to get 2 more good goals, and we missed a few chances ourselves as well. How Willy didn't score i'll never know and how the ref didn't give that over the line i'll also never know lol. Delighted to get into the last 8 and a nice wee draw would go down a treat Big improvement needed from us on Wednesday night in the semi final, Mario out and Ally looking doubtful but Sandsy and Warren to come back in and hopefully Trainor

Think Big Norton was best player on pitch for Connor today - he didnt miss a thing either - and was one of the few Connor boys who was shouting for the full 90 - not a bad goal either - think Connors number 8 was very good today aswell and the left-back was playing well until he picked up an injury

Big Shane was quality, didn't miss a thing in the air and never let Mario get turned. Ricky had good game for us in centre midfield, considering he was playing out of position and was his first start in 5-6 weeks.
Don't think we really got going at all today, probably due to the amount of effort we put in on Wednesday night, but was good to get another win and could have scored more in the last 10-15 minutes.
Think I will be out for Wednesday, thought it was just cramp at the start but must have tweaked hamstring. Hopefully get to physio on Monday and be ok for Wed for the semi-final. But we have more than good enough a squad to cope without a couple of players, as today showed.
Oh and cheers Wavney, super result today.

After winning 2nd Div cup last night we've now to focus on our Quater Final gme against Abbeyview this Saturday. Watched Abbeyview quite a bit last season and IMO they're the best footballing team in the Saturday Morning League which will suit us as we like to get the ball down and play aswell.

I would say Sandsy will hit them next season because he scored the one when Mario wasn't playing. And yup, think that was his last game, will be badly missed next season.
