He started his illustrious morning career with Clough before swanning off to Carniny on the glory trail.  ;D He's back playing probably the best football I've ever seen him play. He could play at a much higher level but chooses to play where he's happy. Great player.  Yes he certainly could hold his own in the first division ;D I've heard from a reliable source close to Johnny Rice that its a boyhood dream to lead a Clough Rangers team out in the first division. |

I'd much rather have my goalscoring record than yours  Believe it or not they are very similar. I'd scored at least 3 every season except for the season b4 last and this one isn't over yet |

If it's the same team who we've played 3 times then I'd expect you to get a really tough game!! Honestly can say, having played against them, Clough are the one team who's season results and league position have me completely baffled as they're a much better team than is being shown. I really couldn't believe recently when one player posted here that they hadn't won in the league since September (at that point). Totally baffled!!!!!!! |

naw i would have to agree with u fish ( and its not very often i do, if even) about clough and where they lie in the league table  they came to connor and we won 4-3, although if im honest we had a whole host of chances that day...but clough definately played some great football, and it baffles me too how they are fighting for relegation this season  no doubt theyll get a result against us LOL   lol |

1st to every ball today. Back four very solid, especially Laird (thought he was away by the way ;D ) Played some good stuff today and battled from start to finish. The hulk was incredible today (see what I did there lads) ;D 3 points required Monday to keep this wee run going. |

To be honest mate I think we've left ourselves too much to do at the end of the season. Priority should be making sure we're in this division next year and then push on then!

Probably the biggest game of our season so far 2nite. If we avoid defeat we would be guaranteed at least a playoff to stay up. Lets get the 3 points and keep up the push for the playoffs. |

Gotcha , I did think youse had a good wee side that day in Cullybackey and the game was tight for long spells but then youse have't as strong of team in the cup.
