Few keyboard warriers on here lol werd they come from lol. The fotos were in the public domain I really dont see the problem. Didnt here too many complaining when there were pictures of myself and a few other forumers up here a few years ago.
The only thing rab done wrong in my eyes was giving out peoples names from the aliases they use on here, that is against forum rules. But there is no place for the keyboard warriers on here either.

lol..me and jim bell go back a long way ill see if he can do one up in the shape of a 6 ...if i was one of the dunloy mad dogs id remove the threats from the board, if rabs found dead the popo will have a field day collecting evidence on here...they even have photos of the suspects! also, if the player/manager of dunloy is playing as a ringer for portglenone,sureley dunloy cant deny they knew nothing about it?? Also also, do dunloy not have an afternoon team? Nothing makes sense anymore,nothing...

I have, up until this point, refused to post anything on this thread with regard the issues at hand, the reason for this quite simply was because in my eyes it is an issue for the league administration to deal with and not for the moral crusaders on this forum, yes debate is great, but its all got a bit out of hand, when you see the amount of people who have signed up to the forum for no other reason but to basically put the boot into you it really makes you wonder what you done in a past life to deserve it, innocent or guilty, the league administration can decide, and for that reason this will be my first and last post on the topic.
Id also like to say that at no point have i made any threat of violence toward rab, when he first posted my personal pictures from bebo on to the forum i emailed him with my mobile number and asked him to give me a call as i wanted to talk to him, that was all. Ratman you have implied that i am one of the people who have issued threats of violence, i have done no such thing.
Secondly with regards Rab posting the pictures themselves, be it in the public domain, private or otherwise, get as technical as you want but in my eyes going on to someones personal social networking page and taking pictures from it to post on a forum is a dirty action, but fair play for deleting them. Like i say this will be my only post on this thread so good luck to all doing whatever it is that floats your boat, and i hope to see you all playing football soon.

It's overstepping the mark putting bebo links and naming folk on here, I think Rab know's that now as he has removed them. Jeff, the pics of some of us a few years back, were they on a "caption" kind of thread for a laugh?? I think remember something like that and remember it to be funny. I think this is slightly different though as there is an intent to prove wrong doing on players behalf and get them in trouble although if they have played where they shouldn't have they have to expect the law. It's not the job of this forum to catch people out and naming is, as far as I'm concerned, out of order in these circumstances.
Jeff actually raises a good point though, I wonder if anyone had complained the last time (I don't remember anyone doing so) would that have made a difference?? It was funny but if someone objects then it can't be used under the rules.
Also, I'd like to suggest a few shots be fired at Rab's burial as we all know how much he loved "shots"....

I removed them because they wanted them removed, I am not going to put a pic on these forums if Basil and Youngster dont want it, I respect that so I removed them, it is a seperate issue when someone wants a public picture removed, I am assuming the guys didnt realise that their bebo accounts were public, so it would be disrespectful for me to keep the pics up if they initially wanted them to be private, they should change their settings in bebo now and reflecting that, I removed the pics. I didnt know it was against the rules to put a name to a forum name, I use my real name, everyone knows who I am, I've been using messageboards for over 10 years, always using my real name, i've never once came across a forum where it was against the rules to put a real name beside a forum name and also where there were so many people who wanted to keep there identity a secret! what is that all about? for me that just adds to the whole problem of lack of transparency, it adds to the ringer problem where people on here and on the pitches are anonymous, there are guys who are in my own team Westend and I dont know who they are on here. I think this whole 'Ringer' problem that you are referring to is a lot of balls. It was very 'bremner-esque' of you to stick photos up on a forum like this one. To me it was like being back at school and the 'geek' of the class saying: "Look sir, look who this is, look what they were doing!!" and the whole class (in this instance, the forum members) saying: "OOOOOOOO, ur pure weak dead!!" ;D I think that is why the lads have taken offence to it, and you cant blame them. |
