Has the bad run only started since wee grumpy has signed?  I wasn't going to say anything but a player from the Towers, who I don't think it's fair to name, told me at the time Grump left them for Saints that this would happen. He said that Grumpy wouldn't open his mouth for a few games and then as soon as his feet were under the table the slabbering would start and he'd be a disruption to the team. Like I say, as it was probably a knee jerk reaction at the time and possibly some sour grapes from the Towers camp, I dont think it right to name him on here but he was actually glad he wouldn't have to listen to Stumpy calling him a Ginger, skinny, underfed, Arsenal loving f*g ever again..... ;D ;D ;D |

Curry could of played at any level what a player. Hard as nails too in the tackle. |

Hard as nails too in the tackle. and is better at the cruyff turn than cruyff was.. ;D big jimmy 43(though i think he told me he was 46 on his last birthday) was superb!! |

Abbeyview had the most of their team playing i think..opened us up a few times in the first 15, defo the best passing team in the league. the win was important for us tonight, not for the 3 points but just for the lift! |

great result last night which will hopefully turn our season back around!! thought second half we played very well after a bit of a shaky start!! good to be able to win the game with all the players we had missing and just shows how good our squad is!!
big jimmy and curry used their experience well and never put a foot wrong, and though casey was good as well, the wee number 9 will be seeing him in his sleep!!

i wouldnt say rested a few but there was four starters out with either work or injuries and another 1 on the bench with an injury.

Watched this game and the 1st half was anything but pretty, but Abbeyview played some good football and didnt really create anything in the final 3rd, think maybe they had bout 2 or 3 half chances, Fair play to All Saints back 4 they defended well as a unit (even though they av the combined age of bout 160) big jimmy headed everything and there left back looked very comfortable on the ball, thought the Abbeyview keeper shoulda been off after the first pen also. All in all a good win for the Saints |

I think the keeper shouldve been off after the 1st penalty but i dont think the 2nd penalty was 1.
