Hatton looks in tip top condition, fancy him for the win. What a fight this is going to be. If i can manage to stay up and see it. Probably record it and see it on sunday at some stage is more likely. Long as i dont wake up the radio talkin about the result  ;D ;D 'Mon The Hatton! |

Im going to be brave and say Floyd is the best fighter in the world.
When did Hatton ever look like he even had a chance last night, he had no plan b, and Floyd was happy to let Hatton punch his shoulders all night long, while he was the one saving energy.
I thought some of the Hatton supporters were an absolute disgrace to all of us last night, booing the American National Anthem.... F**king arseho*es, and the English in particular wonder why people hate them...??

yeah he didnt look at it at the ole Hitman.
Although the ref f***ed hattens game plan in by breakin it up everytime he got in close.
Sets up a rematch in Manchester me thinks.

no chance of a re-match, hatton wont want one, just not good enough. i thought hatton had won the first 3 or 4 rounds, but after that he tired, i think maybe if he had calmed down early on and not went so gung ho then he might have had a chance, but he boxed himself done too early, then mayweathers class shone through, could hatton with some crackers, he just couldnt see them coming.

Hatton was excellant in the first 4 to 5 rounds, with mayweather maybe taking one of them. Hatton had him rocked a couple of times early on, and mayweather looked shocked.
As the fight went on though mayweather got more and more into it, and to be fair hatton took some serious blows, and was looking like he was in trouble in the previous 2 rounds before the k o.
It was a great fight, and he gave a great account of himself!

Not a chance of a rematch wouldt think Hatton would even want it anyway it was proved on sat he is a 140lb fighther not 147lb Hatton deserved his chance but to be honest Mayweather was and is different class but the big money is at welterweight class so obviously hes gonna have a go. Mayweathers antics in the lead up to the fight really put me off him he really didt need to try and sell this fight cause it just sold its self but he did redeem himself a bit after it applaudin Hatton but if he had of got beat dont think he would of been so complimentry lol Only 1 fight left now for Mayweather Coto but 2 be honest i can see him retiring cause if and when he beats Coto the press will throw another name at him to fight when he just hast anything else to prove u have to give to him the man is a superstar |

the ref was wierd a bit like if they got in arms reach of eachother he was straight over n broke it up. hatton went all out 2 early on straight 4 a knock out and was punching air. mayweather was so quick great reactions

Off balance or not  And the ref was a joke as he was jumping in between the two of them to split it up at times. The fight only needs split up if they're holding, which they weren't doing on a bag full of occasions. who are ya, pele or don king lmao! |

It was like watching a premership team play a conference team, different class, first 5 rounds i made it 2-2 and 1 drawn round IMO, then the rest Mayweather.

I'm not disputing mayweather was different class, that spoke for itself. Just that hatton gave him probably more trouble than he was expecting, early on anyway, and that hatton gave a good account of himself.

Do you think Mayweather will retire now? As lets face it, if you watched him getting physio work done, you saw and heard about the shape his back and hands are in. Would be a great fight to retire on now
