I know there are bags more strikers out there and some better than i've mentioned, so if you prefer one that isn't there, add his name in your post.
For me i have to say Kaka closely followed by Messi. Kaka is a wonder player. Has it all!

ronaldo by far, kaka plays in a nice slow league, ronaldo plays in the hardest...
And he's more entertaining than kaka.

lol @ Novo. This thread is obviously a piss take.
If its best player in the world you mean then Kaka first followed by Messi and Ronaldo.
Most complete midfielder is Stevie G without a doubt, best defender I'd go with Cannavaro.
If it's just strikers you're talking about then take out Novo and add Torres, Ibrahimovic and Eto'o to that list.

Who ever mentioned it being best player in the world?
Its just great players. And my initial post clearly states there are loads of other players that i haven't mentioned, who people may well think are better.
Go you back to sleep!

The next big great player will be Alexandre Pato, brazilian signed by Milan, due to join them in January, give him 6 months to settle in and he'll be up there

from that list i'd have to say messi, love watching him play, but i'd say it is a close call between him and fabregas as to who is the most entertaining and best to watch at this minute in time.

Kaka by a mile is the most impressive player of that list, the lad is top quality doesnt have the show-boat skills of big teeth, but how he can influence a game is incredible to say the least!!
Has proved it on the biggest stage in the world and has maintained his standard throughout his career as well!!
As for Novo he would be most impressive with the blood pouring out of him, after a good hard beating!!

If this thread was started last season, I'd have said Thierry Henry as he was superb in the Premiership but finding it difficult this season in La Liga. Kaka for me is "most impressive". And not as annoying as that cocky wee Portugese tw*t.

And not as annoying as that cocky wee Portugese tw*t. GAWA, Henry was gifted 3 glorious chances to score for Arsenal in the European Cup final and bottled everyone of them, its not hard taking the hand out of some of the clown in the premiership e.g. the Newcastle defence, wigan, sheff utd etc etc, don't get me wrong he has done it against Chelsea, Man Utd etc, but in the champs league he didnt that cost Arsenal the final!!

True but everyone has a bad game now and again. Even Kaka, Messi, Rooney or Ronaldinho.
As you said, he DID do the business against Man U, Chelsea and Liverpool. Even so, this season, Kaka is da man.

Novo joined Raith Rovers from SD Huesca in July 2001 and scored 18 goals in 33 appearances in his first season. His goalscoring record attracted the attention of Premier League club Dundee who signed him for £100,000 in July 2002.[1]
He remained with Dundee for two seasons where his form attracted the interest of several clubs. Both Rangers and Celtic as well as Leicester City were reported to be interested in signing Novo[2] however Celtic later dropped their interest in the player[3] and Leicester City's interest failed to materialise.
He eventually signed for Rangers FC in July 2004[4] for a reported fee of £450,000.
Novo scored 25 goals in his first season at Rangers, scoring the goal at Hibernian that won Rangers the league title.[5] 19 of these goals came in the Scottish Premier League, with three in the league cup and three in European competition, including one against eventual UEFA Cup winners CSKA Moscow in the qualifying stages of the UEFA Champions League.[6]
there's only one nacho novo!!
