have to say, the training has been 1st class, big tash really knows the craic..
thought we played some good stuff v waveney..
we were poor against chimney corner res on sat, very flat especially first half..
only worrying thing is the amount of injuries/knocks boys are carrying..

another great session tonight lads, though the quality dropped something serios after the running drill..
few of us(me included) off the pace, need to step it up!!

Big Tash is absolute quality and a real asset to the Saints.
Don't get him to take ye home in the car afterwards though or the process will have been a total waste of time. Mod pilot!!!! ;D ;D ;D

beat waveney 8-1, chimney corner res 3-1 and blackstone 2-0. should be a good game alright, i hear you's have strenghtened from last year, good to see. hopefully be playing you's next season in the first again.

Pretty impressive results, especially the Waveney one! We've only played one against Templepatrick where we drew 4-4. Haven't had the chance to play any others really with all the uncertainty at the beginning of pre-season but now it's all sorted it'll be good to get a game with the new squad together for the first time against really strong opposition!

Like you say it was better it happened to you's last night than on Tuesday night when the real thing starts!
I don't think you's expected us to take the game to you's the way we did either. That's the first time i've played with most of the boys who came as a result of the afternoon team folding and i knew they were good but some of the passing and movement was brilliant and now i just hope we can carry that on when the real thing starts for us on Monday night against Seven Towers.
All the best for the season, i still think you's will be right up there at the end of it!
