3-2 waveney just a prediction, waveney to confirm their placing above brokeback celtic in the top of the town merit order!!!

3-2 waveney just a prediction, waveney to confirm their placing above brokeback celtic in the top of the town merit order!!! not far off, 3-3. waveney 3-0 up, brokeback down to 10 men after 10 mins. 2 more should have maybe walked. credit though on the comeback, 3 good goals!

i believe two brokeback boys were throwing digs at each other and brian patterson (the ref) told joe he wouldnt send them off, but he had to substitute them, another faux pax by brian that came back to bite waveney on the ass, im sure they weren't too happy with the decision or the final result. fishter saves the day again i believe!!!

rules of the game rubberman, if someone throws a punch, then they walk. simple as. brian obviously bottled it.

he never told me to sub them or else he was gonna send them off, i just thought quick and took them off as seen there may be a possibility of them getting sent off!! waveney may well feel aggrieved about it, and if they had been sent off it would have been rightly so as what happened should never happen on a football pitch, but i think enough has been said about it and it will be dealt with appropriately in house!!

brian still bottled it though to be honest it wasn`t even a punch, it was pretty comical more like a slight attempt at a push, but its over and done with but i`ll tell mr patterson in work tomorrow your views bfp ;D i personally think common sense prevailed

could be worse, you could get 12 games for allegedly calling the ref a f'ing w**ker. It was that English fella who charges £127, because he had to travel all the way from newtonabbey!!!

you are rite lenny once we knuckled down and started doing the simple things rite we looked as if we could have won the game and they boys reckon if they had another 5 minutes that we would have won it!!
the attitude on saturday from the start was wrong as we were getting on each others back and everything from early on, just hope that with the impressive fight back on saturday that this can turn our season around and show the team that when they dig in and work hard that we will get results!!

We should never have let Broadway get back into the game from a 3 goal lead, but fair play to ye's. Couple of big displays from a few of the Boradway boys, who never gave up. I thought the first half was a 50:50 and the game couldve went either way, but for 30 mins in the second half, we definately dominated, and couldve (maybe shouldve) scored more than 3. We started to coast and that cost us the game. 3 good goals scored by Broadway, 2 of which we probably couldnt have done much about anyway! (Lenny, tell wee Pat he definately didnt mean that Free Kick! ;D) Dont have much to say about the 2 lads who were taken off. I think it was a blessing in disguise for u's to be honest, as the LB scored your first, and Rubberman was fantastic when he came on. There is no point in gurning now about the Ref and his decisions, cus we shouldnt have gave away a 3 goal lead. Whether they shouldve been sent off or not shouldnt matter to us. Waveney had a few inspired performances themselves, in Jay Stephens, Willy McNabb and Shawsy playing his first game at Sweeper. Heads need to be right for next game, try to get some more points on the board.
