Brilliant performance and brilliant result lads - I'm still over the moon!  ...we rode our luck the first five minutes but once we settled the hard work bore fruit and we were able to play some football. I don't think the scoreline flatters us at all after that performance. Anyway well played to the 13 lads who proudly pulled on the Blackstone shirt and walked into the bar after the game with heads held high and a bit of a swagger! Was a good clean though hard fought game. 2nd place.... we're having a laugh!! ;D |

Yous deserved the win last night. Thats for sure. Wer far more hungrier than our lads who decided to play in their heads last night instead of on the pitch.
Some terrible performances.

The link up for Rab's goal between, harris, scully, wilson and then the finish was excellent. Scully must say your goal was very tasty also, and flecky great to see you back on the score sheet with your cheeky finish.

Surely Harris can't have been involved in a flowing move like that, it would have got toe poked into touch at some point! I also feel the option of v good players on the bench is important. If add Mcclay and Blaney to that squad there going to be 3 good players waiting to come on. Most of you probably already looked at league table but here is another link anyway. cheers kip, have a few more to bang in before the end of the season now hopefully, the old goal a game ratio took a wee blip there for a couple of matches. You and scully both hit sweet ones last night, im givin you 10/10 for vision and scully 10/10 for skill and execution, not leaving bert out either he showed great composure to tuck his away

But we have a team of players that can hold a team aswell we r a very good team and experienced counts.
