So does that mean if a CVA is agreed the debt could be cut to a prospective 13.4 Million? Absolutely no idea..

Blue knights withdraw their bid

Blue knights withdraw their bid Seriously?? Don't know about you bears but do ye get the same feeling from the administrators that ye got from Whyte?? The old cynic in me gets the feeling they too are spinning yarns to suit their own agenda. One week (leading up to one of the many "deadlines" for bids) they release a statement saying liquidation is almost a foregone conclusion, the next week (after they get some solid bids in) they release a statement saying it will not happen...I remember yer man on SSN getting really excited about it, saying it was a huge statement of intent on the admins behalf. They claimed every bidder was determined to take the club out of administration through a CVA (which I don't understand...do they not have to have agreement from HMRC for a CVA, which they don't??) and liquidation was not in any of their plans, they officially ruled it out if I'm correct??....then these new rules rumours come out in the press where it's alleged the SFA will hammer Rangers every which way but right if they re-enter as a newco, which has "made the bidders re-evaluate their positions"...surely if they were certain no bidder planned liquidation then where's the problem?? I'm actually having a genuine attempt at conversation here...I know there's been a lot of winding, some possibly from me ( ;D) but I fancy an adult discussion about football for a change!! Them kunts are bound to be costing the club serious doe just being there!!

I think the fact that whyte appointed these 2 have to have us worrying.
Also the way they change there story every week is suspicious.
After reading more their it seems the knights are stepping back from their bid because ticketus are in favour of ye Singapore offer. The knights are now on standby if needed.

Good deal for rangers imo, cheat for a decade or more & get banned from signing players for 12 months which they cant do anyway. The ban for whyte takes the fact he still hasnt agreed to sell the club problem away. Who was it decided this? The blue knights?

Maybe a silly question, but why can't they sign players for 12 months already???

In administration you have an automatic embargo imposed as shown by daniel cousin & unless they are liquidated they wont be able to sign players with the size of the debts.

Call that a bite or whatever you want They've hit us with the maximum possible fines, a one year ban on signing players with a few out of contract this summer. We'll be left with a team of kids. The SFA are biased as shown by their recent handling of the Lemon situation and are not fit for purpose. Lawell's puppets.

EBT's are a legitimate means of rewarding employee's, It's whether HRMC rules we have used them correctly. The end of the day, any time we won the league it's because we were the better team. Damn all to do with anything off the pitch.

All sleggin aside...last nights verdict could be the final nail after some slightly improved optimism recently for Rangers. They hammered both club and Whyte heavily and IMO no amount of spin from Clarke will convince the already full of s**te "bidders" to spend their cash on RFC.
