So Sevco need a license to play next year, but think they can demand that the SPL cease their investigation into the EBTs..am I missing something here.... is this not like going up for parole, but demanding the board clear you previous record before you'll let them release you.

I can't see Shiels going down to div 3. Any news if a license has been granted? are you for real ???Rangers is the biggest club in Scotland they are just being jackasses wanting doe the Spl etc.You arent buying they really won't grant the license.Its all about the ching ching at the min.Sporting Int£grity n all   .Be surprised the guys who want to throw on the 5star jersey before the ban kicks into effect,was there dream as a kid and chance to fulfill it :)Have Villa game Sept but going over to mates in Cumnock Xmas so hopefully see us at home just hope it aint Elgin or Montrose away that wend ;)or deffo won't be happening  |

Think quasi is spot on.
It's not about the 3rd div it's about playing for ye greatest club in Scotland and fulfilling their dream...they know had rangers not been in the current situation they wouldn't get near the team. They are going to take the opportunity to sign for the most successful professional club in the world and be part of the return to the top flight.

If Ian black was a good player you are correct.
IMO he wasn't good enough before but will be a great signing for a club in div 3.
Remember he is a Scottish cup winner. Another trophy that slipped through lennons teeth.
Will be hilarious seeing him struggle to win trophies in a league where a massive club like septic will be expected to clean up.

Kelty Hearts have also been left very disappointed. A real shame for the player in question, hopefully he eventually gets his big day.
Rangers end tickets sold out for Brechin this saturday, hopefully we get sorted in time.
