Your correct fish about the court matter but rangers were not given the option by the SFA to appeal through the CAS do had to take it to a civil court....all in all major f**k ups by RFC and SFA. But today looks alot better than yesterday for the club

But today looks alot better than yesterday for the club I honestly think FIFA will demand the SFA refuse to acknowledge the CoS ruling and stick to their guns. Failure to do so, IMO, will result in FIFA banning SFA (clubs and national team) from competitive football.

Just reading there, Bluff and Yelps will receive more than the total that they're offering to all creditors combined!!
Stand to take about £5 Million from the pot...surely that could have been downsized considerably to help the club offer a more appealing and ultimately more credible sum to the creditors!!

They've realised the money's running dry. There's no way they wouldn't have had advice from some about FIFA's rules and regulations on the matter, not with the Sion debacle fresh in the memory!!

Fish the facts of the matter are that Rangers were unable to go down the CAS route as its not allowed in SFA rules. Therefore there only option was to go the civil route.
Thats sensationalist nonsense about FIFA. FIFA instructed the SFA to sort this out before it went to court of session. They failed to do so and have made a fool of themselves and FIFA as a result.
If FIFA get invloved here this will turn very messy and IMO in our favour.

Yer claiming the SFA didn't allow gers to CAS...well FIFA's rules state it's prohibited to go to CoS!!!

It staggers me to see that the SFA do not allow teams to go to the Sports courts. Them along with the IFA are second rate associations and desperately need overhauled from top to bottom.
IMO the fact rangers were denied the CAS has highlighted the SFA failing to FIFA and I reckon FIFA will force the SFA to brush this under the carpet ASAP. The sooner this mess is sorted out the better for Scottish football.
