Am I not correct in thinking it's against Fifa's laws for a club to take a governing body to court??
Didn't Fifa threaten to ban the Swiss FA if they didn't banish Sion for doing so??

Scotland and all scottish clubs would be banned if rangers took sfa to court. what is the case going to be? rangers are suing the sfa for stopping helping them cheat?

I honestly think Duff and Duffer are trying to force the hand of others instead of they themselves being known as the men who shut down Rangers. Surely they know there will be bigger punishments afoot for these actions?? Few of my gers buddies really don't know who or what to believe and I really don't blame them! |

My understanding is (again, obviously I'm no expert) that it's now impossible for them to be out of administration in the first week in June via the CVA route because of the cooling off period etc.
I do believe Green has stated he'll ensure players are payed from the beginning of June (when they return to full contractual pay) until this is resolved. Fair play if true.

I honestly think FIFA/UEFA will demand the SFA hit yese hard for taking a governing body to civil court..it's prohibited in their rules and is supposed to be done through the Court of Sporting someting or other lol... They threatened to ban the Swiss FA unless they hammered Sion... |

I know their are laws that prevent clubs using law of the land over football bodies but rangers wouldn't have gone with this unless there was some advantage to it
