He's a braver man than me (as R most), have you seen the size of big linky. Just glad nothing kicked off, it may have be 1-1 in football terms but it would be 10-1 in a fighting terms if a scrap started!  |

Great performance by everyone the day, some lovely football played and the attitude, heart and commitment shown by everyone was top class. Was good to see Ganger pulling the boots on again, done really well when he came on and got himself a goal, also good solid games from wee BP, Twin Towers and big Bear. Well done lads and lets take it into Thursday night.

Forgot to mention the great Shermourihio done ref the day and although he done a good job his decision to play on when the Abbeyview was four yrds offside and they scored from, his response was "aww sham its on the blow anyway" He musta been on the blow the kant |

Not sure about Abbeyview's panel in general as I wasn't down but Jeff is a very handy wee keeper when on his game so good to knock 4 in past him. Would like to say a big thanks to Sherman for doing ref. I know i wouldnt have done it lol. On the game. Was a massive improvement frm wed nyt. We showed alot of fight and togetherness the day. Something were going to need a lot of over the yr. Played some really good fball to. Wee Roy,BP and Luke today were first class for 3 19yr olds. Roy made some great saves at key times in the game. Abbeyview have some good players and play good football to. they won't be far away in the 2nd. Good luck this season. |
