We were very poor. Waveney adapted to the pitch a lot better than us, just one of those days when nothing goes right. Need to pick ourselves up for a big game against Dunloy next week

The question was asked are shore a 1st division side after the day don't know no one really had a bad game simply not good enough and when u look for that spark to kick on and pull something out there was nothing there . I for one think another year in the 2nd wouldn't be a bad thing because make no mistake last 2 matches we don't look like a top of the table team and after that the day
changes have to be made but really how strong is the squad apart from a banjo super strike what was there to provide inspiration

Bann u wee dcik we where missin scaldy and vin hale went off hurt and that type of pitch and match doesn't soot jeff never mind your strike wat about them crosses and inspiration I scored playin left wing even j bunkers done well cause he got bucked last night bring on donloy

I was up watching match today and thot banjo had good game when he came on. I used to play with him at broadway and wat a player he was there. Think he just needs bit of fitness. Is he playing much this season?

I watched Waveney last week get beat 5 by Hollywell and today they had a far stronger squad. Shore were slow to start and Waveney deservedly took the lead. After 30 mins Shore came into it and got equaliser. Second hald Shore had a few half chances then Waveney went up the other end and got 2, then held on for a good 3 points. Pitch wasnt great for both teams but fair play to both teams for a generally clean match in such conditions. First time in about 6 matches Shore have dropped points and makes next week trip away to Dunloy interesting, but i fancy us to bounce back.
Well done Waveney.
