Think this was confirmed on Friday night..
Only had 7 players signing for next year.
Not good to hear at all, glenarm always a solid side and some great lads up there, good players too.

I don't think they folded, just withdrew from the BSML to join the afternoon set-up.
That's my understanding!!
Either way, I agree with yer general point, the club will be a loss to us here...

Spoke to a glenarm lad a few weeks back & he had been saying the team was half larne & even the half from glenarm are mostly living in larne now anyway. They trained & played in larne too. Think with about 6 or 7 junior clubs in larne they were struggling.

In previous years I think playoff finalist have went up. In this case it makes no difference as the top 4 are already promoted from the third. Leaving Galgorm who were playoff finalists and 5th in the league. Either way they will need to go up to make 14 teams in the 2nd |
