I rem him at Carniny banging them in briefly but by fuk i didnt think it was that long ago.Some battle way Sooty and Rab for it there for a good spell i noticed.My Da says the best player he ever played way was Geordie Blair,Kenny Spence says the same lot of guys on this wouldnt lace Geordie's boots me Da says just showing him this now he has called in.  |

Brian Martin, Aaron Wilkinson, Mo McDowell & Paul McNeill been 4 players that have stood out anytime i've seen them this season.

Liam cassley- very hard to work with. Very quick and knows wer the net is.
Paul McNeill- give him an inch and the ball is in the net. Very good finisher.
Mo McDowell- best footballer and most skilful player in the league by quite a bit. Impossible to get the ball off at times.
If one of those don't get it I'd be surprised!

There's no doubt the fella is unbelievable, one of the best I've seen but to say it's a disgrace to mention the others in the same light imo in is nonsense. All the players mentioned have had fantastic seasons and performed brilliantly for their clubs, fully deserving to be in convention!! If Mo gets it he'll deserve it, make no mistake, he's unreal, but the others deserve their acclaim also imo!! |

I think any player who wins awards like these deserve it as its the other clubs who vote. As for Mo i think he is a class act but after giving Hud the runaround earlier in the season, Hud never gave him a kick in the league decider until he had to go off injured - so to say no one can handle him is a little off  Btw the year Dowie won it, Mo was second but Dowie scored near 100 goals so got the nod and deservely so imo |
