it was footballing lesson for us yesterday!! i have never seen a better team in my life...they are unreal!! and their captain is the best player i have every seen !they had the ball on the deck all the time. the artificial pitch is brilliant also!
was 0-0 for about 15mins or so then they scored goals from all over the show! went in 6-0 down at HT! then we came out second and it stayed the 6-0 for the first 10 or 15 then they just started smashing them in again!
think we are all glad that game is out of the way and we can just get stuck back into the league!

i can honestly say they would beat any first division team, including carniny

it would be interesting to see how good this st pats team actually are, i remember broadway playing them 3-4 years ago and they only narrowly beat them after extra time!!
to be honest the belfast leagues are good and all, but sometimes they aint all they are cracked up to be!! dont think st pats have ever done much in shield or cup (may be wrong here like) and would be very interested to see how they would do against an estavblished division one side!!

They are a good side, beat us 7-1 last year although we were missing a few. Play the ball on the deck the right way but there's no way they'd beat every BSML side.

i can honestly say they would beat any first division team, including carniny disagree there...carniny would be one of the better junior teams in the country. no doubt st pats would give carniny a game an all that but id definately stick my money on carniny beating them. That said id fancy a few of the top teams in the first against them also.

lads u have to remember it was cujo (tons a clue) who made that statement

St.Pats would give anybody a game I think. That pitch they play on is brilliant and its a huge advantage for scoring goals against teams who are not up to their standard. They scored most the goals from crosses and shots from out side the box. On a normal pitch the ball would be far harder to hit sweetly as it is uneven surface. Its like comparing playing on a carpet or a spud field, as some pitches are like after a few months! But if they had to play the likes of ASOB, Carniny etc on your averaged BSML pitch, I think they would struggle and i would back both of those BSML teams to beat them!
But you cant take anything away from St.Pats. They have won every game they have played... conceding 4 goals and scoring 34!!
