oh i think you will find we are still well above everyone else in top of town order merit!!! beat by homers and carniny who have been the flagbearers in the bsml for the last number of years, wouldnt exactly call that being in demise!!!! sure everyone also knows its this oeriod where we always play bad with the gaelic and soccer both on at the same time. still i happen to be very happy with our league position!!!

interesting what the list would be now!!! we have played northend in preseason drew 2-2 and beat broadway 1-0. also above waveney in current league standings so have the towers moved to 3rd place in the top of the town order of merit!!!!!?? one thing is for sure we still def top of the partying league!!!! god help that social club if we win a trophy this season! yoop LOL

that a big shock!!! was talking to cecil at bmena match on the tues nite and he was sayin that northend would prob win comfortably!! the big man is always playing down his teams chances. great result for waveney, been a few shocks in o'kane cup. could be interesting quarter final line up!

Me thinks the "demise" suggestion was in reference to the players apparent unrest at All Saints. Must admit, I'm not as aware of these allegations as my learned colleagues Rubbercoupon and Pele so I can't confirm the suggestions validity but there are many rumours seemingly doing the rounds that some people aren't too happy with the change of leadership. I personnally think it's just rumour but who am I.... I don't think there is any serious doubt as yet of Saints position in the merit stakes, a few bad results prove nothing otherwise. Anyway, 3 of the five are in the second division therefore automatically not in the running for a top place while two still compete well in the top league. Do think this could be a big fight between Saints and Northend for top spot!!!

Cecil's prediction would have been spot on, IMO, had Northend been able to field anything close to their first team but unfortunately for Smiley Fc they barely scraped 11 players together... Fair play though to Waveney for taking their oppertunity and getting into the next round!!!

You shams are buck mad. you sure trotsky? waveney, seven towers, michelin, inter stars, demesne? all "tafolick teams" im pretty sure alot of these teams would disagree. and as for all saints, we are certainly not exclusively that kind of team, just so happens we cant get any non tafolick players to play for us, probably cos of the stigma attached to us, but we would welcome players from all races and political persuasions etc etc to play for us. and we will even give other teams big hugo if they want? ? only joking hugo

haha good banter on here. good to see the towers taking a bit of stick - shows we are doing something right!!!! maybe a few other teams seeing us as a threat! same as the premiership - fergie all best mates and complimentary to arsene last season when he knew we werent gona be a threat but he has already started probing this season as he knows we be there or there abouts. yoop the change of subject..but same idea. yorda
