There was another of the 60 mental decisions in the game ;D Im just passionate #BadLoser ;D Im not sayin he should or shouldnt but its maybe worth debate.... i actually think he feels under pressure not to give us decisions, tho i no he has a side bet with some of the lads in my bit to try and send me off lol if he was going to book him for the dive that would be two yellows after he kicked crilly 25mins after the whistle went.... I was in the refs ear saying HEADBUTT HEADBUTT HE HAS TO GO ;D one of your players says, ill f**king head butt you ye wee rat.. ;D ;D ;D Haha easy money on a rugby player

Theres maybe no problem with the two of them but like you said it maybe puts pressure on them to give or not give decisions

Funny enough Bonkers probably done Crilly a favour by diving before he touched him or he probably would have got a straight red. I do agree though mate , he did get a few obvious ones wrong.

All referees get them wrong though mate, its just very frustrating at the time. Im not looking excuses by bringing up this brian michelin thing, im just asking what others think about it. Yes better that than the cards coming out, but still good laugh seeing him go down ;D Im not sure who it was but greeny was amused by it ;D he will do well for Michelin i think, played well yesterday

Think most agree that the standard of refeering in the BSML is far from the best, But I reckon the best way to look at is 95% of us play in BSML cause were not good enough to play higher, I'd say it's probably the same with most refs.
Wah is one of the best refs in league, if not the best, think you've just got to put trust that he always refs it fair. I think timmy humes a good ref too even though he's gave some awful decisions against us, notably the carniny pen, but to be fair he came in before the next game and apologised for getting the pen decision wrong, didn't change anything but still he didn't have to do it.
I'd rather have refs like Wah and timmy, who have at least played football rather than some of these other eejits that have never kicked a ball.

Right lads, going to do something that i said i would never ever do, get involved in a debate in the forums. Firstly don't sell the quality of the reffing in the sml too short. There has been a lot of refs have come thro it to ref at higher levels.Gary Crawford,Mervin Smith,Alan Black,Paul Berry, and believe it or not even myself, to name but a few, have all been assessed and promoted accordingly, this is done on the back of performances over at least a couple of seasons. Secondly, do players/managers/officials, actually think that a guy, leaves his house to ref a match in the bsml, with the intention of favouring one of the two teams?? COME ON!! Thirdly, it is very easy to take the easy way out,and blame the ref,for losing a game, who by the way know's himself he's probably got a few decisions wrong, without being called a cheat, etc. I'm sure like every ref in the league, i've seen players in all the divisions make the stupidest mistakes, that give away goals, freekicks, penaltys..etc and then blame the ref for the decision that has been awarded. If the abuse that is directed at refs in the sml is'nt curtailed, the league will end up with no new refs,at all, and that is'nt good for anyone involved in it. If a referee, in the english premership or even the champions league, can get it wrong,(and they do every week) and don't forget they have assistants, what chance have us ordinary mortals got??.............. There, got that of my chest, ...........NOW WHERES THOSE RED AND YELLOW CARDS!!!

Timmy and whaa are poor. Timmy more so. I dont believe there is any half decent refs in our league. I know they get a hard time but they expect that so if they dont like it they should stop.

There, got that of my chest, ...........NOW WHERES THOSE RED AND YELLOW CARDS!!! Good fair reply Brian and have to agree with most of it, especially the bit where blaming the ref is a get out clause for managers\players. Instead of looking at their performance first it's "the ref was s**te" ;D My only gripe would be consistency, some refs seem to think that not booking players early in games is doing us a favour but I have seen ove the years so many players get away with blatant bookings early then fast forward 60 minutes they do it again or take one for the team because they can, so if they get the deserved booking early their gone and that would be a game changer - no real issues with offside as a ref and two linesmen make mistakes so obv it's gonna happen in sml. Overall the refs do a good job but sure if we stopped crying at yours it wouldn't be the same ps still can't believe you sent me off all those years ago against the homers for norhing
